Back guest room.

The place is one floor down and one unit over.
I will be directly above the wonderful bend in the creek that babbles so lovely.
I love it !
It will save $4,800 a year :-)

Dragon Fruit

I had my first Dragon Fruit.

I shared it with my neighbor Snow.
He's lived here over twenty years and never tried it.
So it was a first for both of us :-)
It was very juicy, almost as juicy as watermelon.
The aroma was very pleasant.
The texture was somewhat like kiwifruit, a little less firm.
It was semi sweet and had a somewhat nutty taste.
I will treat myself to Dragon fruit in the future.

Oahu Garbage

The island of Oahu is shipping it's garbage to the mainland.
Why don't they just ship it to the big island and dump it in the lava flows ?
Whatever isn't incinerated would be sealed in rock.
Duh.
