All set up in the new place :-)

Move Day

The cable guy's setting up my new place today.
The site will be down for a little bit while I move.
It shouldn't take long as the new place is down one floor and over one unit.
The new place is the same size as the old place but costs $400 less a month.

New Flat

I found a new flat that is the same size as my current one for $400 a month less !
Plus no deposit !

The place is one floor down and one unit over.
I will be directly above the wonderful bend in the creek that babbles so lovely.
I love it !
It will save $4,800 a year :-)
